Very good explanations on shipping minimal viable code, ensuring teamwork with contractors ( using project/product managers, etc) and managing tech debt.. Technical debt has mainly been seen as a cost or negative term. I like the analogy of tech debt like a home loan. I have been on very large programs as well as agile quick turnaround projects. (Mainly as a tech or product owner/manager) The more agile the work effort, the more flexibility it allows. Great interview!!
